Because our products are fulfilled through third-party dropshipping suppliers, including Zendrop, return and refund requests are handled according to the conditions below.

Returns
We accept return requests only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, when applicable

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Minor differences in color, size, or appearance due to screen display or supplier variation
  • Items without proof of damage, defect, or wrong shipment

Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at our support email. We will help investigate the issue with the supplier or shipping carrier.
